HOW WEIGHT A MINUTE WORKS


WEIGT LOSS is about asking the right questions! I have been there ,so I know.
Is it worth having all you've labored for and yet not have the physical health to enjoy it?

Our society is structured for us to get fat. From the structure of our food system to the convenience technology has brought to our lives,we are like pigs fattened for slaughter without even realizing the powerful forces at play. We cram our bodies with readily available high fat ,nutritionally empty foods and sit passively in front of our TV sets . Simply put,modern society is structured in a way that sentences us to a life of being fat.

For  healthy weight loss we all know the equation; Eat well and Exercise  OR Calorie in, Calorie out .But it will interest you to know that making healthy choices as regards what to eat and not is sometimes hard to follow through as temptation is everywhere, and science shows us that our brains are wired to give in. I have been there, Get the point, you can lose weight without being healthy but you can’t be healthy without losing weight. And for you to maintain your ideal weight and keep that shape for life ,the weight loss program must be sustainable by fitting perfectly into your lifestyle.
